[an error occurred while processing this directive] Diesel: a day in the life [an error occurred while processing this directive]

Diesel fumes result in a journal like this.

This is a journal of my life. It will be updated periodically. Don't think tis is uncensored, there are plenty of things in my life that many of you have no business knowing. There are plenty of things I don't mind talking about however, and this is the repository of those thoughts. The last entry was added on October 10, 1997.

Boy, some days just suck, and this is one of them. I can't believe I've had such a horrible day. First I sleep until 1:30 in the afternoon resulting in me missing both Anthropology and my CS programming class. It wouldn't have been so bad, but I had classwork to get done in CS and then I was supposed to have a meeting with Matt and one of my teachers about our software project. I tried to get there on time, but apparently, Matt had already left. I'm sure he's pissed about that. I also lost a g ood friend today. Jenny and I have been hanging out for the past few weeks and have been really close. Unfortunately, that closeness led people to believe we were romantically involved. She was uncomfortable because she doesn't have a significant other and I do, so we couldn't have what she wanted, but at the same time, she couldn't get anyone else while we were so close. So, apparently, everything is over between us. I hope she gets a boy soon so we can hang out again.

Well, everyone's at home now and Kenny went out with his friends for the night, so I'm alone. I don't mind. Actually, I usually prefer it this way - it lets me sort things out. My parents will probably show up tomorrow around 11 or so and then they will control my one really free weekend. I haven't seen my brothers in a long time though, so it could be fun. I can't wait for them to see the CS building and maybe we'll go skating at some point. I don't really know how I'm going to entertain them for the weekend, but I'm sure they'll think of something. Only 9 days until Kathleen visits. I can't wait. She's coming for her fall break from Oberlin.
