I still have to say, it's the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. Besides, they've replaced the lumbar support. The new PostureFit system is much nicer. With the old chair, though, there were four different levels for the lumbar support, and you could remove it if you wanted. If the edge is cutting off your circulation, you've got the chair too high. I'll agree with the armrest complaint. Although, once it's adjusted, you shouldn't have to change it again, so I don't see how it matters. Two competitors I want to try before I buy, though: The Leap (http://www.steelcase.com/servlet/ProductServlet?ACTION=4&CAT_ID=9&CAT_NAME=Seating&TYPE_ID=23&TYPE_NAME=High+Performance&LINE_ID=6) and Humanscale (http://www.humanscale.com/). Though I wish I had a few months with all three around. A half-hour in a shop doesn't quite cut it :/

I think when people complain about their legs losing circulation, they don't realize that their desk is too high. I mean, working without a keyboard tray is bad. Your keyboard should be pretty close to resting on your lap. Too many people try to raise the chair to compensate, when they should lower the desk, or get a keyboard tray.

Most office desks don't seem to have any sense of ergonomics. I figure, when a new hire comes in, the office ergonimicist or whatever should come by and spend some time (maybe 2 hours) helping them get their workspace set up. Adjusting the chair, displays, desk height, everything.
