A publicly accessible certification system will be developed for various fields. The initial purpose of this being for people to be able to argue on various subjects and have their level of expertise on the subject be verifiable.
Various levels and subfields will be defined in each area.
This certification system will probably also be used for military training, although most certifications won't require the physical application of the skills being tested.
