Society Citizenship

Anyone should be given citizenship, with two exceptions: people who, through a majority vote, have been added to a non-gratis list, and people whose citizenship has previously been revoked. People from both groups may petition to (re)gain citizenship.

Dual citizenship will be permitted in most cases, providing a possible amnesty for people accused of actions which we do not find criminal. However, citizens of certain states that have policies in stark opposition to ours will most likely have to reject their former citizenship in favor of ours.

Citizenships beyond "dual" may be permitted, providing it is permissible by the other states, and none of the additional states are conflicting our policies.
